Veolia, Southend-on-Sea City Council’s recycling, waste and street-cleansing contractor, is asking you to take part in this short customer satisfaction survey to let us know what you think of the services you receive.

There are only 19 questions, so it should only take you a few minutes to complete. Everyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw where three winners will receive £100 in Love2shop vouchers accepted by a wide range of national retailers.

The results will be published later in 2023. All the feedback we receive will be used to help us improve your local service.
